Pan Seared jumbo shrimp, wrapped with Parma ham, served with an avocado mousse

REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds for event tickets can be requested up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. This allows us time to accommodate others who may be waiting for availability.

How to Request a Refund:

Please visit our website (www.godfatherrestaurant.com) and go to our “Contact” page to contact us via email. Please provide your order number, the name under which the booking was made, and the reason for the refund request.
Processing Your Refund: The Godfather Restaurant reserves the right to determine refund eligibility. However, we try to accommodate all our guests. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email once your refund has been processed.

Non-refundable Situations:

Requests made less than 48 hours before the event start time are not eligible for refunds.
Tickets transferred from the original purchaser are not eligible for a refund.
Events canceled or rescheduled by The Godfather Restaurant will be fully refunded.
